Covid 19

In March 2020 the WHO declared coronavirus a pandemic. These are unprecedented and difficult times for Italy and the entire world. In light of the situation, Onda is using its communication experience to spread the messages of public institutions and the medical sector, with the aim of curbing the flow of fake news and providing useful information on how to cope with stress and anxiety during this period. Onda has implemented many initiatives on this front: a virtual alliance has been created between hospitals, scientific societies, care homes, public institutions and patients’ associations; through its social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter), Onda has published videos and messages on how to cope with other pre-existing pathologies during the lockdown; Onda has simplified how donations are made through its website in support of hospitals with Bollini Rosa, who are on the frontline against coronavirus. Concurrently, a campaign on gender medicine is taking place on Onda’s communication channels. What has made us act is the belief that standing together gives us strength, and it is this strength that we hope to direct towards propagating useful and correct information from credited sources.
